Ecchosis pulchribothrium
Taxonomy
Ecchosis pulchribothrium was named by Selden and Shear (1991). Its type specimen is AMNH 43194, a set of appendages (patella and proximal tibia), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is SUNY-B 411 Blenheim-Gilboa Power plant, which is in a Givetian marine sandstone in the Panther Mountain Formation of New York. It is the type species of Ecchosis.
