Palaeoxysticus extinctus
Taxonomy
Palaeoxysticus extinctus was named by Wunderlich (1985). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Randeck Maar (Wunderlich coll), which is in a MN 5 crater lake lime mudstone in the Randeck Maar Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Palaeoxysticus.
