Episinus chiapasanus
Taxonomy
Municeps chiapasanus was named by Petrunkevitch (1971). Its type specimen is UCMP 13534 and is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is UCMP B-7041, Balumtun landslide, Simojovel region, which is in a Miocene terrestrial amber in Mexico.
It was recombined as Episinus chiapasanus by Dunlop et al. (2013).
