Kirutherium paititiensis
Taxonomy
Kirutherium paititiensis was named by Goin and Candela (2004) [n. sp.]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Santa Rosa (LACM Loc. 6289), which is in a Rupelian terrestrial mudstone/sandstone in the Yahuarango Formation of Peru. It is the type species of Kirutherium.
