Kevania araripensis
Taxonomy
Kevania araripensis was named by Martins-Neto (1991). Its type specimen is GP/1T 1684, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Crato (IGC-USP collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Kevania.
