Eleutherornis helveticus
Taxonomy
Loncornis helveticus was named by Schaub (1940). Its type specimen is Museum Basel Eh 781. Its type locality is Egerkingen, gamma fissure, which is in a Bartonian fissure fill horizon in Switzerland. It is the type species of Eleutherornis.
It was recombined as Eleutherornis helveticus by Wetmore (1960), Mayr (2009).
