Stolotermes amanoi
Taxonomy
Stolotermes amanoi was named by Fujiyama (1983). Its type specimen is NSMT PA12213, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Anadozawa, Akiu, Miyagi Prefecture, which is in a Miocene lacustrine siliciclastic in the Anadozawa Formation of Japan.
