Calcaritermes vetus
Taxonomy
Calcaritermes vetus was named by Emerson (1969). Its type specimen is UCMP 2072, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is UCMP B-7051, Vega de la Campana, which is in a Miocene terrestrial amber in Mexico. It is the type species of Calcaritermes.
