Areaseris nevadaensis
Taxonomy
Areaseris nevadaensis was named by Roniewicz and Stanley (2013). Its type specimen is UMIP 6610 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is MI 8606, Mineral County, which is in a Lacian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Luning Formation of Nevada. It is the type species of Areaseris.
