Positopteryx dubia
Taxonomy
Positopteryx dubia was named by Sinitshenkova (1987). Its type specimen is PIN 2372/41, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daya (PIN collection 2372), which is in a Tithonian lacustrine siliciclastic in the Glushkovo Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Positopteryx.
