Taxonomy
Chaetodromia pulchra was named by Solórzano Kraemer et al. (2005). Its type specimen is UCMP 50025, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is UCMP B-8425, Simojovel region, which is in a Miocene terrestrial amber in Mexico.
