Ferganiinae was named by Gorochov (1987).

It was replaced with Ademirsoyinae by Özdikmen (2008); it was replaced with Kashgarlimahmutiinae by Gorochov and Maehr (2008), Koçak and Kemal (2008).

It was assigned to Proparagryllacrididae by Gorochov (1987), Gorochov (1995), Gorochov (2005).
Ademirsoyinae was named by Özdikmen (2008). It is not extant.
