Epicauta sanctoruensis
Taxonomy
Epicauta sanctoruensis was named by Zaragoza-Caballero and Velasco-de León (2003). Its type specimen is CFZ-ST 28, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Sanctorum, which is in a Zanclean lacustrine siltstone in the Atotonilco El Grande Formation of Mexico.
