Petrodromeus asiaticus

Taxonomy
Ademosynoides asiaticus was named by Martynov (1936). Its type specimen is PIN 1062/4, an exoskeleton (almost complete beetle), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Babii Kamen (PIN collection 1062), which is in a Griesbachian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Maltsevo Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Petrodromeus.

It was recombined as Petrodromeus asiaticus by Ponomarenko and Volkov (2013) and Kirejtshuk and Ansorge (2022).
