Hylesinus hydropicus
Taxonomy
Adipocephalus hydropicus was named by Wickham (1916). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Wilson Ranch, Florissant, which is in a Chadronian lacustrine - large horizon in the Florissant Formation of Colorado.
It was recombined as Hylesinus hydropicus by Wood and Bright (1992), Wood (1992), Petrov and Zherikhin (2004), Legalov (2015), Legalov (2022).
