Plateumaris dorsata
Taxonomy
Plateumaris dorsata was named by Hayashi (1997). Its type specimen is OMNH-TI-65, a thorax (pronotum), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Iruma River, Noda (locality 2), which is in a Pleistocene mire/swamp lignite in the Bushi Formation of Japan.
