Taxonomy
Glabellula perkovskyi was named by Evenhuis (2013). Its type specimen is SIZK DU-140, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Rovno Amber, Vyrka locality (SIZC DU collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Ukraine.
