Cardioperlisca elongata

Taxonomy
Cardioperlisca elongata was named by Sinitshenkova (1992). Its type specimen is PIN 923/17, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Kempendyay River (PIN collection 923), which is in a Berriasian/Barremian pond siltstone/sandstone in the Khaya Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Cardioperlisca.
