Rallus recessus (flightless rail)
Taxonomy
Rallus recessus was named by Olson and Wingate (2001). Its type specimen is UF/PB 5108, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Rail Cave, Government Quarry, which is in a Pleistocene fissure fill siliciclastic in Bermuda.
