Taxonomy
Healdia felsooersensis was named by Kozur (1970). Its type specimen is Bergakademie Freiberg 116/1249, a valve (right valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Forráshegy, Felsõörs, which is in an Illyrian carbonate limestone in the Felsõörs Formation of Hungary.
It was recombined as Healdia (Healdia) felsooersensis by Sebe et al. (2013).
