Praeblattella elegans
Taxonomy
Piniblattella elegans was named by Vršanský (1997). Its type specimen is PIN 1989/2405, a tegmen, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Baissa (PIN collection 1989, layer 11), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large siltstone/marl in the Zaza Formation of the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Praeblattella elegans by Vršanský (2003) and Vršanský (2020).
