Mesorthophlebia ampla
Taxonomy
Mesopanorpa ampla was named by Martynova (1948). Its type specimen is PIN 371/336, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Ak-Bulak-Say, Sogjuta, Issyk-Kul (PIN Collection 371), which is in a Hettangian/Sinemurian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Dzhil Formation of Kyrgyzstan. It is the type species of Mesorthophlebia.
It was recombined as Mesorthophlebia ampla by Willmann (1989).
