Xenarachne willwerathensis
Taxonomy
Xenarachne willwerathensis was named by Dunlop and Poschmann (1997). Its type specimen is PWL 1997/1-LS, an exoskeleton, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Willwerath (Mainz collection), which is in an Emsian estuary/bay siltstone in the Klerf Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Xenarachne.
