Taxonomy
Kvacekia infuscata was named by Prokop and Nel (2002). Its type specimen is CGH P1193, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Kundratice, Czech Republic, which is in a Rupelian lacustrine claystone/claystone in Czechia. It is the type species of Kvacekia.
