Taxonomy
Nevadella bacculenta was named by Fritz (1972). Its type specimen is GSC 27250, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sekwi Formation - collection 73030, which is in a Cambrian marine limestone in the Sekwi Formation of Canada.
