Taxonomy
Qingochorista conjunctiva was named by Guo and Hong (2003). Its type specimen is TH99-2/005, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Tongchuan, which is in a Longobardian lacustrine mudstone in the Yanchang Formation of China.
It was recombined as Mesochorista conjunctiva by Lian (2026).
