Mesaclopus mongolicus
Taxonomy
Holcorobeus (Mesaclopus) mongolicus was named by Nikolajev (1992). Its type specimen is PIN 3965/209, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Khutel-Khara, PIN collection 3965, which is in a Valanginian/Barremian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Tsagaantsav Formation of Mongolia.
It was recombined as Mesaclopus mongolicus by Nikolajev (2004), Nikolajev (2007), Neita-Moreno et al. (2019).
