Taxonomy
Blickomylus moroni was named by Constenius and Dawson (2008). Its type specimen is CM 79037, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Upper Moroni Formation, which is in a Hemingfordian/Hemingfordian terrestrial sandstone in the Moroni Formation of Utah.
