Blickomylus moroni

Taxonomy
Blickomylus moroni was named by Constenius and Dawson (2008). Its type specimen is CM 79037, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Upper Moroni Formation, which is in a Hemingfordian/Hemingfordian terrestrial sandstone in the Moroni Formation of Utah.

K. N. Constenius and M. R. Dawson 2008Smaller species than Blickomylus galushai. Fur- ther differs from B. galushai in lacking p1-3, having a smaller and laterally displaced m1, and a larger m2 relative to m3 than in topotypic specimens of B. galushai.
