Taxonomy
Tanyochoreta integera was named by Zhang (2006). Its type specimen is NIGP DHG200396, an exoskeleton (Female complete body), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Daohugou (NIGP collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China.
It was recombined as Tanychoreta (Tanychoreta) integera by Krzemińska et al. (2009); it was recombined as Tanyochoreta (Tanyochoreta) integera by Dong et al. (2014).
