Taxonomy
Archedilaropsis furcata was named by Martynov (1935). Its type specimen is TsNIGR 1/4726, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Korkino, which is in a Rhaetian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Korkino Formation of the Russian Federation.
