Rhabdocupes vitimensis
Taxonomy
Notocupes vitimensis was named by Ponomarenko (1966). Its type specimen is PIN 1989/3022, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Baissa (PIN collection 1989), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large siltstone/marl in the Zaza Formation of the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Zygadenia vitimensis by Kirejtshuk (2020); it was recombined as Rhabdocupes vitimensis by Strelnikova and Yan (2023).
