Taxonomy
Piniblattella minuta was named by Vršanský (1997). Its type specimen is PIN4210/1262B, a tegmen, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Baissa (PIN collection 4210, layer 11), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large siltstone/marl in the Zaza Formation of the Russian Federation.
