Polyacrodon lanciformis
Taxonomy
Polyacrodon lanciformis was named by Roth (1899). Its type specimen is two upper molars, a set of teeth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lago Musters, which is in a Mustersan terrestrial horizon in Argentina.
It was recombined as Periacrodon lanciformis by Ameghino (1904).
