Tramea miocenica
Taxonomy
Tramea miocenica was named by Gentilini (1989). Its type specimen is MTR 176, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Monte Castellaro (MTR collection), which is in a Messinian lagoonal marl in the Gessoso-solfifera Formation of Italy.
It was recombined as Trapezostigma miocenica by Gentilini and Bagli (2004).
