Taxonomy
Troctopsocoides gracilis was named by Mockford and García Aldrete (2014). It is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Dominican amber, Los Cacaos (INHS coll), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the La Toca Formation of the Dominican Republic.
