Cratosmylus magnificus
Taxonomy
Cratosmylus magnificus was named by Myskowiak et al. (2015). Its type specimen is WDC-CCFB-8, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Crato (WDC collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Cratosmylus.
