Taxonomy
Curculio lemnae was named by Fabricius (1792). It is extant.

It was recombined as Tanysphyrus (Tanysphyrus) lemnae by Alonso-Zarazaga and Lyal (1999); it was recombined as Tanysphyrus lemnae by Keen et al. (1997), Green et al. (2006), Elias (2014).
