Paraneurastenyx ascalaphix
Taxonomy
Paraneurastenyx ascalaphix was named by Martins-Neto (1998). Its type specimen is RGMN-T09, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Crato (RGMN/UFC collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Paraneurastenyx.
