Jurorhizophagus alienus
Taxonomy
Jurorhizophagus alienus was named by Cai et al. (2015). Its type specimen is NIGP 161706, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daohugou (NIGP collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China. It is the type species of Jurorhizophagus.
