Namibictis senuti
Taxonomy
Namibictis senuti was named by Morales et al. (1998). Its type specimen is AD 614, a mandible (right mandible), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Arrisdrift, which is in a Miocene channel sandstone in Namibia. It is the type species of Namibictis.
