Porzana menehune

Taxonomy
Porzana menehune was named by Olson and James (1991). Its type specimen is USNM 385947, a limb element (right tarsometatarsus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ilio Point, which is in a Holocene interdune horizon in Hawaii.
