Cygnus hibbardi

Taxonomy
Cygnus hibbardi was named by Brodkorb (1958). Its type specimen is UMMP 338945, a limb element (right tarsometatarsus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hagerman west 2, which is in a Pliocene lacustrine - large horizon in the Hagerman Formation of Idaho.

It was recombined as Olor hibbardi by Brodkorb (1964).
