Opsieobuthus tungeri
Taxonomy
Opsieobuthus tungeri was named by Dunlop et al. (2016). Its type specimen is MfN Chemnitz TA1126, an exoskeleton, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Chemnitz petrified forest (Chemnitz-Hilbersdorf), which is in a Sakmarian/Artinskian dry floodplain tuff in the Leukersdorf Formation of Germany.
