Wongaroo amplipectorale
Taxonomy
Wongaroo amplipectorale was named by Oberprieler et al. (2016). Its type specimen is AM F.140884, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Talbragar Fossil Fish Bed, southern end, which is in a Tithonian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in Australia. It is the type species of Wongaroo.
