Agerinia smithorum
Taxonomy
Agerinia smithorum was named by Femenias-Gual et al. (2016). Its type specimen is IPS-84291, a mandible (Right mandible with teeth P3-M3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Casa Retjo-1 (CR-1), l’Ametlla del Montsec, which is in a Ypresian terrestrial claystone in the Corçà Formation of Spain.
