Dichobune leporina

Osteichthyes - Dichobunidae

Taxonomy
Dichobune leporina was named by Cuvier (1822). Its type specimen is MNHN GY-655, a mandible (mandible with p2, p3, m3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Montmartre, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial horizon in France. It is the type species of Dichobune.
