Eygalayodon montenati
Taxonomy
Eygalayodon montenati was named by Sudre and Marandat (1993). Its type specimen is USTL EYG O6, a mandible (left mandible with m1-m3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Eygalayes, which is in a Lutetian terrestrial horizon in France. It is the type species of Eygalayodon.
