Parahexacodus germanicus

Taxonomy
Parahexacodus germanicus was named by Erfurt and Sudre (1996). Its type specimen is GMH XXXVII-198, a mandible (mandible with p1, m1-m3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Geiseltal, Mittelkohle, Zone III (Middlecoal, zone III), which is in a Lutetian lacustrine lignite in Germany. It is the type species of Parahexacodus.
