Erlikotherium edentatum
Taxonomy
Erlikotherium edentatum was named by Lopatin (2006). Its type specimen is PIN 3107/358, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Khaichin Ula II [SMPE], which is in an Eocene terrestrial horizon in the Khaychin Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Erlikotherium.
