Taxonomy
Borealarges yulei was named by Adrain (2003). Its type specimen is ROM 54028, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a cast. Its type locality is Lichidae, Cape Phillips Fm., Homerian part, ABR sections, Cornwallis Island, which is in a Homerian slope packstone/wackestone in the Cape Phillips Formation of Canada.
